Snap Collective, an innovative art-book publisher, is seeking a talented Publisher in Milan to join their team. As a Publisher, you will work with a dynamic team and collaborate with artists to publish their art book. Fluency in English and Italian is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with artists to publish their art book
• Build and lead a team of 5 or more Publisher Representatives (PR) in Milan
• Train and motivate the team to achieve collective goals and create an excellent team spirit

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong knowledge of the art scene
• Team management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
